What's included in the package:

✅ Drafting of bilingual (Bulgarian/Italian) incorporation documentation

✅ Assistance at all relevant offices (notary, bank, revenue agency, Company Register)

✅ Professional interpreting services during all official meetings

✅ Opening of a capital account and a company current account

✅ Activation of online banking and application for corporate cards

✅ VAT/VIES registration

✅ Full coverage of legal and administrative expenses : state taxes, notary fees, electronic signature, official stamps, certified translations

Hospitality and comfort during your stay:

✅ 5-day stay at a 3-star hotel or partner B&B

✅ Meal service included (lunch and dinner) at selected Italian-Bulgarian restaurants

✅ Logistical and operational support for the entire duration of the stay
What it excludes:
Travel expenses, unscheduled transfers, and any costs not expressly covered by our services or our affiliated partners are excluded from the package.
Conditions:
Upon signing the agreement and the terms of incorporation, and once the package contents have been approved, full payment is due via bank transfer. Following payment, our company will activate all included services and formalize the client's requested authorizations with public bodies, professionals, and accommodation providers, scheduling the client's move to Bulgaria.

Before opening a company, an advance anti-money laundering (KYC) check is required.

Anti-money laundering verification

Required documents: Italian electronic identity card (with tax code and address)

Timing: Check within 1 business day if all documents are complete.

Recommended bank: International Asset Bank – reliable and cooperative.

Note: The verification fee is not reset even if the capital account is opened at the same bank.

Change of address:

Preparation and signing of documents:

✅ Translation and legalization (if required).

✅ Notarized signature of documents (if required).

Submission of the application to the Commercial Register:

✅ Registration on the Registry Agency portal.

✅ Payment of state tax

Tax data update:

✅ Notification of the new address to the Bulgarian Revenue Agency (NRA).

✅ Verify that any licenses, permits, or certificates are updated with your new address.
